B-4 Medic MultiPak
B-4 MultiPak is a trauma kit for extremely active duty. It can be configured as a stand alone Chest Rig, with adjustable harness, as a WaistPak, with hideaway belt and glove storage, or as MOLLE attached pack for LBV use. The back pouch doubles as storage for the snap-off shoulder harness or as a 9x9" pocket for body armor. The front and belt wings are MOLLE racked for other accessories and the inside is divided into multiple zones for efficient separation of critical supplies.
